Neurodiversity Coach Judith

Judith Houlding professional shotAm I the right neurodiversity coach for you?

My clients include menopausal women, graduate students, business people, and newly diagnosed adults. What do they have in common? Wanting to address the issues that ADHD or AuDHD-related behaviors and habits can cause when mixed with the many everyday challenges that being a spouse, housemate, team member, parent, boss (fill in the blank) also present.

Time blindness, communication difficulties, working memory issues, emotional flooding, impulsivity and other ADHD traits can create misunderstandings, frustrations, and hurt feelings with our family members and workmates.  With my help, you can change that.

Why I became a neurodiversity coach

Two of my kids were assessed as having ADHD-Primarily Inattentive during their middle school years. My interest in ADHD stems from teaching them how to know and advocate for themselves, and teaching myself how to be a patient and loving parent when the going got tough! I bought books on ADHD and learned a lot about the world of neurodiversity, including autism and mild TBIs.

I launched Space Editing, a professional organizing company, in 2010. Many of my clients were neurodivergent and I needed more tools to help them, so I enrolled in a neurodiversity-focussed coaching course. Several years later, my business was reimagined as Houlding Space; coaching for neurodivergent adults who color outside the lines.
