Certified PCC-level life and leadership coach for adults who color outside the lines.  I primarily work with people who identify as neurodivergent, particularly those who have ADHD or AuDHD traits and characteristics.

2017 graduate of The Coach Approach Training Institute‘s Foundation Course, and continue to take Coach Approach advanced trainings. I earned my ACC credential through Coach Approach. Coach Approach is an approved ADHD coach training program.

2024 graduate of LifeDance Academy, and a Boas Professional Certified Coach. LifeDance, led by Sara Boas, provides leadership coach training. I earned my PCC credential through LifeDance Academy and am a member of LifeDance community, a weekly gathering of coaches and related professionals for deep, coaching-centric conversations.

Other coach trainings include Brain by Design (2020) and Positive Intelligence (2021).

I am a subscribing member of CHADD (Children and Adults with ADD); ACO (ADHD Coaches Organization); and ADDA (Attention Deficit Disorder Association), and attend the Annual International Conference on ADHD every year.

Lastly, I have an MA in journalism from CU-Boulder and a BA in English from UMass-Amherst.
